METACOMPUTING SA may change these Terms of Sale at any time without notice. Any new terms and conditions will be effective as of the date of posting and apply to orders placed on and after that date.
Return policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns of products that have been unboxed or used. If a customer has not unboxed the package within 14 days of receiving it, in such case if customer would like to return, you can contact sales@meatcomputing.io to arrange for a return. The costs associated with the return, including courier fees, are to be borne by the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds We will determine the amount of the refund based on the actual condition of the product received.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@metacomputing.io.
Order cancellation policy
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, customer need to contact us at sales@metacomputing.io. We will check whether the order has already been shipped. If the order has not been shipped, we can support the customer in canceling the order. However, if the platform has already charged fees related to payment services for the order, these fees will be borne by the customer. We will cancel the order and refund the customer the amount of the order minus the payment service fees that have been deducted.
Warranty policy
For warranty policy, we comply with the local government's regulatory requirements. Generally, we provide 12 months warranty period for main part of products which was orderd in our store , for example, mainboard,RAM,Storage,LCD Display if the hardware issues not caused by user's own damage.

Shipment fee for warranty notes
If you contact our technical support and it is confirmed that the issue cannot be resolved remotely and the product needs to be sent back for repair, we will provide the shipping address for returning the product. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with sending the product to the specified address, including shipping and other fees. For the repaired product, we will take care of shipping it back to the customer’s address and cover the shipping costs. However, in some countries or regions, if customs duties or other fees are required for the returned product, the customer will be responsible for paying these fees.
Post-sales Support Policy for Non-Warranty Issues or Product Issues Caused by the Customer
If the product failure is caused by the customer, or if the issue pertains to a product outside the warranty period, we will offer paid repair services. Customers can contact our after-sales support team at sales@metacomputing.io. We will provide a repair solution and an estimated cost quote based on the specific situation. If the customer agrees to the paid solution, we will provide the shipping address for returning the product. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with sending the product to the specified address, including shipping and other fees. For the repaired product, we will cover the shipping costs to send it back to the customer’s address. However, in some countries or regions, if customs duties or other fees are required for the returned product, the customer will be responsible for paying these fees.
