• METACOMPUTING SA will arrange for the product to be delivered to the logistics service provider within 3 to 5 working days after the customer places an order and completes the payment,and the logistics service provider will then proceed with the shipment. For some orders which need confirmation of shipment address, we will mail the customer to confirm. And we will start to arrange shipment after address confirmed.
  • Once we receive the tracking number provided by the logistics service provider, we will enter the corresponding shipment tracing number as the order fulfillment information.
  • The shipping fee will be set based on the product weight and paid by the customer after the product is ordered.
  • The supported shipping areas are determined by the areas supported by our logistics service provider. In general, most countries and regions around the world are supported. The only area that is currently explicitly not supported is Ukraine, due to safety considerations, we are unable to ship to this region.
